塔吊具備裝置發表時間:2022-08-15 08:02 (1)起(qi)重量限(xian)(xian)制器(qi):也稱超(chao)載限(xian)(xian)位器(qi)、是一(yi)種能使起(qi)重機(ji)不致超(chao)負荷(he)運行的(de)保險裝置,當吊重超(chao)過額(e)定(ding)起(qi)重量時,它能自動(dong)地(di)切斷提升機(ji)構的(de)電(dian)源停車或發(fa)出警報。起(qi)重限(xian)(xian)制器(qi)有機(ji)械式和電(dian)子式兩種。 (2)力(li)矩限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi):對于變幅起重(zhong)機,一(yi)定的幅度只允許起吊(diao)(diao)一(yi)定的吊(diao)(diao)重(zhong),如(ru)果超(chao)重(zhong),起重(zhong)視便有傾翻的危(wei)險。力(li)矩限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)便是根(gen)據這(zhe)個特點研制(zhi)(zhi)出的一(yi)種保(bao)護裝置。在某一(yi)定幅度,如(ru)果吊(diao)(diao)物超(chao)出了其(qi)相應(ying)的重(zhong)量(liang),電路(lu)便被(bei)切斷,使(shi)提升不能進(jin)行,為保(bao)起重(zhong)機的穩定。力(li)矩限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)有機械式、電子式和復合式三種。 (3)高(gao)(gao)度限制(zhi)器:也(ye)稱(cheng)吊(diao)鉤高(gao)(gao)度限位器.一般都裝在起(qi)重臂的頭部,當吊(diao)鉤滑(hua)升到極限位置,便托起(qi)杠(gang)桿。壓下限位開關,切斷電路停車,再(zai)合閘時,吊(diao)鉤只(zhi)能下降。 (4)行(xing)程(cheng)限(xian)(xian)制器:防(fang)止起重機發生撞(zhuang)車(che)或限(xian)(xian)制在(zai)(zai)(zai)一定(ding)(ding)范圍(wei)內行(xing)駛的保(bao)險裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。它一般安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)主(zhu)動(dong)臺車(che)內側,主(zhu)要是安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)一個(ge)可以(yi)撥動(dong)扳把的行(xing)程(cheng)開(kai)關。另在(zai)(zai)(zai)軌道的端(duan)頭(在(zai)(zai)(zai)運行(xing)限(xian)(xian)定(ding)(ding)的位(wei)置(zhi))安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)一個(ge)固定(ding)(ding)的極限(xian)(xian)位(wei)置(zhi)擋板,當塔(ta)吊運行(xing)到這個(ge)位(wei)置(zhi)時,極限(xian)(xian)擋板即(ji)碰觸行(xing)程(cheng)開(kai)關的扳把,切斷(duan)控制行(xing)走的電源,再合閘(zha)時塔(ta)吊只(zhi)能向(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)反方向(xiang)(xiang)運行(xing)。 (5)幅度(du)限(xian)制器(qi)(qi):也稱變幅限(xian)位(wei)或幅度(du)指(zhi)示(shi)器(qi)(qi),一(yi)般的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)臂起(qi)重(zhong)機的(de)(de)(de)起(qi)重(zhong)臂上(shang)都(dou)掛有一(yi)個(ge)幅度(du)指(zhi)示(shi)器(qi)(qi)。它(ta)是由一(yi)個(ge)固定的(de)(de)(de)圓形(xing)指(zhi)示(shi)盤,在盤的(de)(de)(de)中心裝(zhuang)一(yi)個(ge)鉛(qian)垂(chui)的(de)(de)(de)活動(dong)指(zhi)針。當(dang)變幅時,指(zhi)針指(zhi)示(shi)出各種幅度(du)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)額定起(qi)重(zhong)量。當(dang)臂桿運行(xing)到上(shang)下(xia)兩個(ge)極限(xian)位(wei)置時,分別壓下(xia)限(xian)位(wei)開關,切斷主控電路,變幅電機停車,達到限(xian)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)。 |
